Mr Sushant Pal is the Founder of Paul’s Advocates & Solicitors and a practising Advocate before the High Court of Delhi and other courts and tribunals across Delhi NCR. He completed his BBA LL.B. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, equipping him with an integrated understanding of law and business.
His practice spans litigation and dispute resolution, with experience in handling a wide range of matters, including criminal and technically complex cases. He has represented clients in bail applications, quashing petitions, and other proceedings, alongside broader civil and commercial disputes.
Prior to establishing the Firm, he gained diverse experience working with law offices and legal teams, where he was actively involved in handling high-stakes litigation matters and legal advisory work. This exposure has enabled him to develop a well-rounded understanding of both contentious and advisory aspects of legal practice.
He has also contributed to legal scholarship through published articles, reflecting his keen interest in evolving areas of law. His notable publications include:

Janhavi Singh is a senior associate at the firm with a focused practice in civil litigation and dispute resolution. A B.A.LL.B. graduate of Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida, she has developed expertise in civil and commercial matters since her enrolment, regularly appearing before the District Courts and the High Court in cases spanning contractual disputes, property litigation, and recovery proceedings.
Beyond litigation, she offers comprehensive counsel in alternative dispute resolution, with experience in arbitration proceedings. She advises clients on structuring effective arbitration agreements, represents parties before arbitral tribunals, and ensures the enforcement of arbitral awards under the Arbitration Act.

Naman Gujral is an associate at the firm with a focused practice in labour and employment law. A B.B.A.LL.B. graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, he advises businesses on the full spectrum of statutory compliance obligations, including registrations, returns, and payments under the Factories Act, the Shops & Commercial Establishments Act, EPF, and ESIC.
He regularly advises companies on evolving labour reforms and amendments, conducts compliance audits to assess risks relating to wages, workplace safety, and employee benefits, and represents employers before labour courts in disputes concerning wrongful termination and salary matters. His practice combines regulatory diligence with practical, business-oriented advice on employee relations.

Vishad Vashistha is an associate at the firm practising in family and matrimonial law. A B.A.LL.B. graduate of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, she brings a considered and empathetic approach to matters that are as personally significant as they are legally complex. She is currently pursuing her LL.M., further deepening her academic grounding in the field.
She actively appears before the District Courts and Mediation Centres, representing clients in matters of divorce, matrimonial disputes, maintenance, and related family law proceedings. She approaches each matter with diligence and discretion, ensuring her clients receive steadfast support and clear guidance through every stage of the process.

Aditya Kumar Mishra is of Counsel to the firm, bringing with him a seasoned practice before the Chhattisgarh High Court. He’s a B. Com LL.B. graduate of the LCIT Department of Legal Studies, Chhattisgarh. He has, over the years, established a commanding presence in criminal writ jurisdiction, motor accident claims, and arbitral appeals.
The cornerstone of Aditya’s practice lies in criminal law, where he regularly appears before the High Court in matters involving constitutional challenges to criminal proceedings, bail and anticipatory bail applications, quashing of FIRs, and criminal writs.
Alongside his criminal practice, Aditya advises and represents claimants and insurers in motor accident compensation matters before the High Court, and appears in arbitral appeals, bringing a well-rounded perspective to contentious proceedings across practice areas.
